The historical suit in an updated version for the modern man and his everyday life.

​

This project engages with a central garment in the male wardrobe through the last 200 years - the Suit. 

As fashion designer in this project, I experienced how the delicate balance can be between imaginative, innovative designsolutions and the classical universe, that the suit belongs within. If you do not want to risk to exceed the boundaries and fail with a design too far away from the real worlds aesthetics and etiquette, it demands a thorough research of the history behind, the modern man of today and the surrounding society.
